Planning Consent to Extend Recycling Facility

We are pleased to announce that we have secured planning consent for Greenacres Skip Hire to extend their recycling facility near Fishguard, Pembrokeshire.  The consent includes an extension to the existing recycling building to overcome existing space and height constraints. 

 As a Major development we undertook a formal Pre-Application Consultation process in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 whereby we engaged extensively with neighbours, local representatives and technical consultees to develop the proposal prior to its submission to Pembrokeshire County Council (PCC).

After due consideration of the planning and technical information, the Local Authority was satisfied that the development would not result in any unacceptable impacts on the amenity of nearby businesses, residents or the local environment.  Planning consent was granted under delegated powers.
